I have worked in the care sector since leaving school. I worked in the younger disabled unit at Townlands Hospital
Why you chose the Chiltern Centre
When I first started at the Centre it was because I wanted to work with children as it looked like a rewarding job. Since starting in 2007 I have seen a lot of changes and challenges along the way, but still enjoy my job.
Your biggest Achievement
Passing my NVQ L3 in children and young people, passing my L2 Leadership and Management and also learning Makaton as a way of communicating with the people I support
