We are looking for a dedicated, passionate person who can motivate and lead others in delivering support to young adults with disabilities

Starting Salary £21,850 – £22,350 (based on a full-time contract + one sleep in per week)


  • Effectively lead, motivate and support a team of carers to deliver person centred care
  • Building professional relationships with key internal and external personnel
  • Clear, precise documentation, training and mentoring
  • Medication management and administration.
  • Being On-Call on a rotational basis
  • Able to work shifts, some weekends and Sleep in duties

We require

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Great communication, ICT, organisational and leadership skills
  • 2-years’ experience Social Care preferably with Shift Leader experience
  • Empathy and passion when delivering care

Starting Salary £18,600 – £21,350 (based on a full-time contract + one sleep in per week)

Do you have a patient and calming nature with plenty of enthusiasm and dedication.  We are looking for a part time Waking Night Support worker to join our busy team.

Starting Salary £13,930+ PA dependant on experience and qualifications


  • 20 hours per week 21.30 – 07.30 (2 nights Friday and Saturday)
  • Occasional additional nights as and when required
  • To Support young people and adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Being positive and having a can-do attitude

 We require

  • To be available for Team Days (one a month) and any training days.
  • To have Experience dealing with medication, Gastrostomy feeding (Peg), Epilepsy/Buccal administration would be desirable
  • Ideally have experience working with young people with learning disabilities
  • Able to work using your own initiative
  • Good communication and ICT Skills

Our team of caring volunteers who freely give their time are a great asset to the Centre.  We rely on their endless help with maintenance, gardening, washing the minibus and more.  Volunteers do not work with young people directly, as a core group of long serving volunteers provide specialist care.


The team always welcome additional support to raise funds to continue the incredible support we give families.
