Trustees
A Board of Trustees who are responsible for corporate governance, strategies and policies and ensuring effective and efficient management, governs the Chiltern Centre. Their main priority is to make sure the Chiltern Centre provides the best care we can for children and young people with disabilities across the Thames Valley.
Our trustees reflect and understand our local community and have a mix of medical, financial and business skills and expertise, which is given on a voluntary basis. The needs of the families we support are represented by trustees and a parental advisor whose children have received care and support at The Chiltern Centre.
Serving as a trustee is an opportunity to use your existing skills in a most effective and rewarding way, as well as learning new skills. If you are interested in becoming a trustee, or if you would like to find out more about the role of trustees and the skills required, please email info@chilterncentre.org.uk
